Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund.
1. Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the kit must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it, with all included components (oil pan, gasket, baffle, pickup tube, hardware, etc.) present. Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
2. How to initiate a return
To start a return, email us at support@simpleswap.st with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply with a return authorisation and the return shipping address along with step-by-step instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving these details.
3. Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or the wrong product was sent, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping (where applicable) is non-refundable except for faulty or incorrect items.
5. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
6. Fitment support
If the universal pickup tube or any component does not align with your engine layout, contact us before returning — in many cases we can resolve the fitment. If not, the unused kit qualifies for a full refund within the 30-day window.
