1. Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another once it ships.
2. Shipping methods & delivery time
Orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and local customs processing. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is free of charge on every order — we offer flat-rate, free shipping. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, with no additional delivery charge added.
4. Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also enter your order number in the "Track Your Order" box on our home page for a live status update.
5. Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Incorrect address, lost or delayed parcels
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If your parcel appears lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimate, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
