These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SimpleSwap Tools store operated by SimpleSwap Tools ("we", "us", "our"), and any purchase you make from it. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Use of the website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not in any way that infringes the rights of, restricts or inhibits anyone else's use of it. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

We make every effort to describe our products, specifications and fitment information as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free. If a product's price or description is incorrect, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order, including where stock is unavailable or where a pricing or description error has occurred. Where we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are payable in full at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our secure, SSL-encrypted payment providers. By submitting your payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Fitment & proper use

This product is a retrofit automotive component intended for the applications described on our store (1955–1987 GM rear-wheel-drive builds with the specified engines). It is the customer's responsibility to confirm compatibility with their vehicle and to ensure correct, professional installation. We are not liable for damage, injury or loss arising from incorrect fitment, installation, or use outside the stated specifications.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any product or your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics and design — is the property of SimpleSwap Tools or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our prior written consent.

8. Governing law
